As Head of Purchasing for 10 years at Cambridge Consultants Ltd (CCL), one of Europes leading design and development consultancies, Francis championed the change from paper based processes and developed the strategy, design and implementation of new electronic purchasing work flows. In the Public Sector as eProcurement Project Manager at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Headquarters in London, Francis delivered a supplier and services Internet Portal accessible from all CPS Area locations across England and Wales, using eProcurement, eTendering and ePayment tools to contribute £1.5million to the Government efficiency savings targets.
As an independent consultant Francis specialises in eProcurement, Business Training, Change and Project Management, delivering training seminars around the UK for several enterprises in both Public and Private Sectors, and has been a consultant lecturer at Cambridge Regional College Business School for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) 'fast track' examination modules.
